Medical Hearings

As we get older, physical conditions such as a loss of range of sight or an onset of severe nearsightedness can cause an individual to lose his/her privileges to drive in the State of North Carolina.  The North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) is the first line of defense to ensure that all drivers on our State highways and roads are fit to drive.  Sometimes there is room for compromise.  It is important to have an experienced advocate, if you find yourself in a situation where DMV has taken your license and the only way to get them back is through a medical hearing.  Having the right presentation at this hearing, which may include our own medical experts, is important to ensure a successful outcome.
